Iris Retractor

Iris retractors are used to maintain pupil expansion when pharmacologic dilation is insufficient. They gently pull the iris margin outward to create a stable, enlarged pupil for cataract or anterior segment surgery. Adjustable tension prevents iris trauma while improving surgical visibility.
