Scleral Depressor

Scleral depressors are used in indirect ophthalmoscopy to rotate the globe and bring peripheral retina into view. Their rounded tips allow controlled indentation without damaging scleral tissue. Essential for diagnosing retinal tears, detachments, and peripheral pathology.
